By which I mean Secretary Clinton should FORCE Congress into a contempt-of-congress process by refusing to appear before the Benghazi committee, or to answer any further questions from its members.
A Congressional contempt proceeding is very complex and involves a lot of procedural processes that are positively dripping with opportunities to demonstrate the partisan nature of the so-called Benghazi probe. In other words, it gives Clinton a chance to give back what she's gotten.
I have been thinking a lot about this, and I really see no downside for the Secretary, even if she is found in contempt. What do you guys think?
